Bowl It Right-LEG SPIN

  • Grip the ball in your pointer, middle finger and thumb. your index finger and pinky finger shout resting on the side of the ball.
  • Bend your wrist, not too hard as you want to keep flexibility.
  • Raise your front arm high and pull it down, this should pull your bowling arm with it, make sure that your arm remains high
  • Unbend your wrist by flicking it over, the third finger is what generates the spin
  • Line and length is important, aim at middle and off and try to encourage the batsman into the drive.
